QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics,Electrical- Electronics or similar)

· Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience

· Excellent communication skills, and able to work in a team environment

· Flexible, and able to adapt to learn automotive process

· Excellent command of English

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools

· No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey

· Willing to live in Kocaeli

Job Description:

· Define the production concept / material flow and production area lay-out

· Define necessary equipment and tooling based on production concept

· Engineering Changes calculation and implementation

· Technical support to purchasing activities

· Input/change the master data and BOM

· Define packaging requirements

· Initiate P-FMEA activities

· Support serial production to achieve the quality/volume/cost targets of the plant

· Being expert on customer/ product requirements and train the workforce accordingly
