ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for R&D team for its growing organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Testing lead on local or global projects,
- Analysis of specifications and planning of related tests with Testing Services Department,
- Analysis of test results and interpretation / counter mesaures if needed,
- Collaborate in project teams and other functional departments,
- Job-related leadership of test department employees,
- Solve technical problems in product testing,
- Cooperate with Germany headquarter site as well as with other branches worldwide.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of job experience in protesting or development activities in the automotive industry,
- Fluency in written and oral English, preferably basic German skills
- Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method,
- Sense of responsibility in every aspect of the job,
- Interested in automotive industry, analytical thinking, team player
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
- No military obligation for male candidates
