QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Design and integration of powertrain systems (cooling system, exhaust system, air intake system, fuel system) through concept, layout, and detail phases
- Creating 3D models, manufacturing drawings, GD&T,tolerance stack-up analysis, FMEA reports, bill of material lists, etc.
- Delivers assigned customer project with satisfying quality and in a timely manner
- Close cooperation with internal developments departments, client, supplier, and project management office
Job Description
- Creation of technical reports and documentation as required for engineering projects
- To follow up latest technology trends
- Great enthusiasm for working on conventional, electric and hybrid powertrain fields
- BSc., MSc., or PhD. degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering or similar engineering department
- Good knowledge of ICE, hybrid and electric powertrains
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- 3D modelling proficiency in at least one CAD tool (Catia, Creo, NX)
- Experience in at least one PDM/PLM tool (Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter)
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, machining, etc.
- A good motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently, output-oriented and ready to take self-initiative with solution-oriented nature
- No restriction to travel abroad and work in customer locations
