QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (especially Mechanical Engineering)
· 3-4 years experience in relevant automotive industry
· Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
· Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making
· Experience in sheet metal die maintenance process
· Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
· Strong computer skills (MS Office, Knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
· Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
· Knowledge / experience of manufacturing methods & Quality systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 16449, …)
· Knowledge / experience of problem solving tools (8D, 6-sigma, 5W+1H, Fishbone, …)
· Ability to operate in challenging situations within timing constraints
· No travel restrictions and capability of driving
· Reside / Willing to reside in Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Stamping line production responsibility (Knowledge of Press Dies, Tool and Robot is an advantage)
· Press Shop 5S, Safety, Energy and Environment responsibility
· Die maintenance & modification process management
· Innovate and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic ideas
· Manage new model project line adaptation process
· Develop basic equipment concept for new equipment or modification of existing
· Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and instructions
· B/Collar team management
