QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience inMachining Engineering department in production industry,
• Knowledge and experience in Machining
• Design and optimization of production processes
• Innovation and improvement of existing production processes
• Automation of machining processes
• Experience in project management
• In depth knowledge of R&D Center processes
• Knowledge in heat treatment processes like induction hardening
• Leadership and communication skills
• Result-oriented, analytical and strategic perspective
• Excellent skills in English (knowledge of German is preferred),
• Knowledge and understanding of CAD/CAM Programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Job Definition:
Leading and developing of the machining engineering team
Customer projects as part of the RFQ process
Design of production processes (machining)
Improving and optimizing existing machining processes incl. design of fixtures
Introducing innovative machining processes to production
Automation of machining processes
Effective colaboration with customers and internal departments like sales,
production, etc.
