QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Temporary Resident Engineer who can give support for 6 months for works from the clients' side of a project which is located in Kemalpaşa and which is a companies which we are consulting.
- Engineering background Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferably with background in metal industry.
- Excellent command of English.
- Single communication between client’s and customer’s logistic, production and quality contacts.
- Understanding the client’s and customer’s needs, processes and products.
- Frequent reporting as agreed requirements with the client. Sharing of quick, precise and relevant information.
- Problem identification, verification of defect occurrence, visual pre-filtering of suspect parts. Management of non-conforming parts.
- Support of the client’s root cause analysis by collecting necessary data at the customer’s site.
- Verification of corrective action effectiveness / knowledge of client and customer processes and products.
- Usage of a wider quality toolset (e.g. APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 6 Sigma, DoE, etc.).
- Support of local / external measurement and analysis activities.
- Presentation of 8D reports.
- PPAP / trial run support / Support and follow up start of production (SOP) and running technical changes.
- Support of change management process.
- English speaking and writing skills ( woman / man ).
- Proactive coordination and management of compliance of the actions defined in the agreed Service Plan.
- Implementation and management of the agreed and appropriate corrective actions when required (with the purpose of minimizing the financial and quality indicators impacts).
- Support in order to contribute to continuous improvement policies.
