GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines,
-Master's degree is a plus,
-At least 6 years of experience in retail, consumer marketing, industrial design or marketing communications in agencies and brands,
-Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
-Competent in MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,
-Preferably moderate level of SAP knowledge,
-Experienced in project management, able to work quickly and efficiently in multiple projects,
-Excellent communication and organizational skills (both written and verbal),
-Result orientation with strong analytical thinking and team player,
-Completed military service (for male candidates).
Job Description:
-Creating, planning and managing retail marketing, visualization and customer experience strategies,
-Managing digitalization processes in retail to develop and implement new projects with a strategic approach,
-Monitoring and reporting on all physical sales channels of the brand,
-Ensuring that the architectural, visual and digital communication concepts of the store are integrated and constantly developed and improved,
-Supporting the efficiency of sales channels with store activities,
-Managing the online & offline communication processes of the product groups it is responsible for in line with the brand strategy,
-Ensuring that all communication channels are managed in line with the targets by ensuring the coordination of the agency correctly,
-Managing 360 campaign processes to increase brand awareness,
-Managing Film and Photo shooting processes.
