QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics and Administrative Sciences
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset)
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Programs
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in market research, strategic analysis, brand positioning and strategy evaluation
  • Knowledge of market research techniques, methods and analysis
  • Competent in behavioral, attitudinal, demographic, ethnographic and statistical analysis techniques,
  • Knowledge of database methods
  • Result-oriented and investigative spirit in transforming data into insight
  • Knowledge of A/B testing application principles and methods
  • Have planning, coordination and supervision skills
  • Result oriented


    Job Description:

  • Coordinating the Market Research and Strategic Analysis team on the realization of market research,
  • Leading the reporting as well as controlling the data, analysis and interpretations produced by the Market Research and Strategic Analysis team.
  • Following the competition and to identify the areas open to improvement and the points of opportunity and threat on behalf of the brand.
  • Leveraging research data to generate consumer insights
  • Following new research methods, to ensure that they are introduced within the institution
  • Leading the monitoring and sharing of marketing, retail and consumer trends.
  • Ensuring that the team receives training on professional competence and individual and technical equipment.
  • Organizing the process of regularly measuring the retail performance of Vestel stores and establishing the technical infrastructure that will enable instant intervention when necessary.
  • Coordinating with research companies


    Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
