Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree on a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant qualifications , at least 5 years of management experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Preferably have knowledge of policies, procedures related to international transportation
  • Experience on international roadway and intermodal operation management.
  • Preferably experience in the freight forwarder companies


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight/management of Intermodal Transportation Operations and write an operational report
  • Specify the target customers by analyzing customer potential to reach turnover target according to the strategies of sales and growth of the company
  • Analyze, increase the profitability of operation and search the ways of reducing the costs
  • Able to work on pricing with the colleagues related to the details of the projects
  • Follow and participate in the related tenders announced
  • Manage supplier relations, follow the performance of suppliers and extend the portfolio of suppliers
  • Administer the contract with the customers and suppliers
  • Maintain budgets and expenses according to the budget schedule.
