GENEL NİTELİKLER

Gümrük müşavirliği sektöründe Türkiye'nin ilk 10 firması içerisinde yer alan ve lojistik olarak hızla büyüyen WCA network üyesi uluslararası lojistik firmamız "ASSET LOJİSTİK A.Ş."nin, genç ve dinamik kadrosunda görev alacak aşağıdaki niteliklerde "Karayolu Fiyatlandırma / Araç Tedarik Müdürü" aramaktayız.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for creating and implement a strategy for FTL & LTL profitable business development in line with the overall company strategy, and ensuring a high level operational execution. This postion is accountable for the sourcing and pricing of the FTL/LTL business at national level, for increasing the number of approved hauliers, increasing the number of round trip services and reducing the empty millage, and supporting the sales activities in farming existing business and hunting new business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
(provide a summary of the main activitites and responsibilities)

• Determines and co-operates in the determination of the business strategy and executes / secures its implementation

• Responsibility for the PL and for the preparation, presentation and implementation of budget / targets

• Monthly controlling and monitoring of actuals versus targets, and initiates corrective actions in case of deviations

• Acquires or supports the acquisition of new FTL business and supports the account management

• Promotes customer relations and develops the existing client base

• Directs and supports the FTL/LTL business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing and service offering)

• Monitors market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.)

• Provide market and product related information as/when required

• Optimizing Round Trip trucks, increase RT trucks and decrease the number of OW trucks.

• Set / manage FTL carrier procurement strategy, including managing local carrier´s contacts and rates negotiations, seeking to improve pricing competitivness and expand carrier pool, in aligment witn national hauliers procurement guidelines

• Ensures efficient Road Logistics operations and continuously optimises the operations by implementing standard processes in line with regional guidelines and targets (such as data quality)

• Co-operates in the development and implementation of business operation and reporting systems

• Supporting intensive marketing and sales activities.

• Maintaining personal relationship with leading customers and search for major new accounts.

• Ensure efficient FTL/LTL operations and continuously optimises the operations; and increases productivity by implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets

• Monitor and enforce Country regulatory compliance
