- Experience in data analytics, budget, planning and targets,
- Having a command of in-store dynamics,
- Experienced in the retail industry,
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Strong communication, prone to teamwork and cooperation,
- Experience in time management and have,
- High organizational skills,
- To complete military service for male candidates,
- Analyzing and interpreting sales data,
- Contributing to the premium calculation processes of the sales made by the store personnel
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasts according to categories,
- To follow the sales processes closely by working in coordination with the sales operation team,
- To give measurable targets to sales personnel and to analyze the realization rates of these targets,
- Contributing to the development of existing reporting systems,
- Making benchmarks to ensure operational excellence,
- To be in one-to-one communication with the sales personnel and to make action plans,
- To follow trend campaigns and innovations in the market,
