QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales
- Weekly sales reporting to brand headquarters,
- Weekly sales reporting to SG Turkey controlling and finance,
- Monthly reports for Brand Manager,
- Inventory reporting which includes the tracking of future deliveries vs. current sales orders and determine projected sales volume,
- Product allocations (working with Brand Manager),
- Month end reporting in relation to all expenditure documentation (provided to accounting),
- National Sales Meeting planning and preparation.
Logistics
- Track shipments from CH through customs and the Distribution Center to end retailer
- Processing and monitoring return authorization
Customer Service
- Respond to availability inquiries for retailers and end consumers,
- Back up Sales Reps for any problem resolution needs.
Marketing
- Supporting and following marketing activities at the POS
- University degree / MBA is a plus,
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in retail marketing industry,
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities,
- Excellent systems skills including Excel &PowerPoint are required,
- Strong analytic capabilities and result-oriented working ability,
- High communication skills, reliable and capable of team work,
- Fluent in MS Office applications,
- Fluency in English required.
