QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales
Weekly sales reporting to brand headquarters,
Weekly sales reporting to SG Turkey controlling and finance,
Monthly reports for Brand Manager,
Inventory reporting which includes the tracking of future deliveries vs. current sales orders and determine projected sales volume,
Product allocations (working with Brand Manager),
Month end reporting in relation to all expenditure documentation (provided to accounting),
National Sales Meeting planning and preparation.
Logistics
Track shipments from CH through customs and the Distribution Center to end retailer
Processing and monitoring return authorization
Customer Service
Respond to availability inquiries for retailers and end consumers,
Back up Sales Reps for any problem resolution needs.
Marketing
Supporting and following marketing activities at the POS
REQUIREMENTS
University degree / MBA is a plus,
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in retail marketing industry,
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities,
Excellent systems skills including Excel &PowerPoint are required,
Strong analytic capabilities and result-oriented working ability,
High communication skills, reliable and capable of team work,
Fluent in MS Office applications,
Fluency in English required.
