QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales

  • Weekly sales reporting to brand headquarters,
  • Weekly sales reporting to SG Turkey controlling and finance,
  • Monthly reports for Brand Manager,
  • Inventory reporting which includes the tracking of future deliveries vs. current sales orders and determine projected sales volume,
  • Product allocations (working with Brand Manager),
  • Month end reporting in relation to all expenditure documentation (provided to accounting),
  • National Sales Meeting planning and preparation.

Logistics

  • Track shipments from CH through customs and the Distribution Center to end retailer
  • Processing and monitoring return authorization

Customer Service

  • Respond to availability inquiries for retailers and end consumers,
  • Back up Sales Reps for any problem resolution needs.

Marketing

  • Supporting and following marketing activities at the POS
REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree / MBA is a plus,
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in retail marketing industry,
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities,
  • Excellent systems skills including Excel &PowerPoint are required,
  • Strong analytic capabilities and result-oriented working ability,
  • High communication skills, reliable and capable of team work,
  • Fluent in MS Office applications,
  • Fluency in English required.
