Responsible For
· Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to supportrevenue growth efforts for MAC and MACFit
· Support Revenue Management analysis with multi-functional teams like Technology, Sales & Operations, Finance etc.
· Design and analyze membership campaigns’ feasibility and prepare regular reports
· Maximize upgrade and cross sell opportunities for membership base, provide data for Call Center teams, track the performance and optimize efforts
· In addition to the membership revenue management, organize and report ancillary (additional) revenues reports of the company.
· Identify opportunities for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field, Master’s Degree is a plus,
· Excellent analytical skills,
· A team player with Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
· Self-disciplined, able to focus on details while keeping an eye on the big picture,
· Good at setting priorities and keeping deadlines,
· Willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed,
· Advanced level of English,
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel,
· 2-4 years full-time work experience
