QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduation from a reputable university in engineering department.

· No military obligation for male candidates

· No restrictions for traveling to abroad

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Experience in Pro A/V or in System Integration sector, especially in a multinational company will be an asset

· Knowledge of export procedures and regulations

· Very good level of MS-Office applications

· Excellent command of English

· Previous experience in one of MENA, Central Europe, North&South America Regions

· Knowledge of second language will be an asset

· Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives

· Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts

· Good command P&L and budget reporting

· Managing cash positions, and on-time payments of the accounts in the area of responsibility

· Finding new accounts in the territory, assisting them with onboarding to drive growth

· Expanding into the new markets, channels and countries in the area of responsibility

· Having an experience in Project managment

· Managing the brand in retail, and direct selling channels in collaboration with the trade marketing and Technic service functions.

· Create new distributors Working closely with them ,collaborates, and sustain a long-term business relationship for customer satisfaction

· Follow up and identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

· Analyzing market data, following trends and undertaking competition analysis to expand product penetration in the target markets

· Identify the gaps in the market and work closely with product development and marketing depertman to develop new products to meet customer demand

· Training distributors’ sales representatives on products and working with them to expand product penetration

· Undertaking pricing analyses & availability of the products within the territory

· Undertaking regular customer visits.
