- At least 5 years in the Logistics Sector,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Planning and organizational ability,
- Customer preference, employee and person trusting,
- Strong persuasiveness
- Analytical thinker and strong in reporting
- B driver has a driver's license (actively driving).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying new customers and gaining new customers in line with the company's strategic plan,
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying potential opportunities and improving business opportunities.
- Creating the company's sales budget, managing the budget and realizations.
- To determine the performance targets related to the unit and personnel affiliated to it, to implement and control the necessary activities in order to reach the determined targets.
- To make periodic market, customer and competitor researches, to perform sector and competition analyzes.
- To identify possible new targets and activities by examining potential risks and sectoral opportunities.
- To determine the advertising, promotion and promotion needs, to create the relevant budgets.
