Graduate Degree (preferably PhD.) in Molecular Biology, Genetics or Biotechnology
Having comprehensive knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing;
Expertise on next generation sequencing applications and Illumina instruments (required),
Excellent command of written and spoken English (bilingual skills are preferred),
No restriction to travel,
Having a valid driver license and being an active driver,
No military obligation (for male candidates),
Proficient in MS Office applications, -Ability to work under pressure,
Proactive team player, excellent presentation and communication skills,
Strong organizational and time management skills, exceptional follow up skills and detailed oriented,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide an excellent level of technical and application support to researchers, leading to high customer satisfaction,
Troubleshoot problems with nucleic acid isolation from different materials, all types of PCR application, Real-Time PCR (qPCR), SNP genotyping, gene expression, all types of cloning, next generation sequencing applications,
Resolve complaints by providing optimal solutions to customers, balanced with commercial needs,
Improve our customers’ experiences in the lab and increase sales by cross-selling, where appropriate,
Working closely with product suppliers to obtain product information when necessary,
Update product datasheets when new information becomes available,
Continually think of, suggest, and help implement process improvements,
Actively participate in team meetings and departmental discussions,
Stay up-to-date on new products, applications, and techniques through webinars and trainings.
