Role background

4 years ago, we launched our Startup for searching private doctors in Kazakhstan at DOQ.kz. We are a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to search and get doctor appointments by reading real reviews and choosing free available timeslots. We chose Turkey as our second country. We launched in Turkey in autumn 2021 and have since then started conquering Istanbul.

As a Sales Director , your mission is to build a great sales team and, together with them, make our startup #1 in your cities for patients and for doctors.

In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way but are also expected to be an amazing independent manager.


What you’ll be doing

  • Expand your country sales team.
  • Sign contracts with private medical organizations and doctors.
  • Learn and follow healthcare laws Tababet ve şuabatı san'atlarinin tarzi icrasina dair kanun 1219, Tibbi deontoloji tüzüğü, Hekimlik meslek etiği kurallari, 6023 Türk tabipleri birliği kanunu, etc.
