QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electric and Electronic or relevant Engineering
- At least five years of experience in sales, preferable in the process automation industry
- Proactive and team player with leadership skills
- Will be able to work through ERP system
- Knowledgable with manufacturing materials
- Knowledgable in quality standards such as ISO, CE and OIML
- No travel restrictions, able to travel frequently locally and internationally
- Active car driver with a license
- English and is a must
- Spanish is an asset
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate's responsibilities are as follows;
- Study and able to understand technical principles and features of particular industrial electronic products of the company
- Able to create technical solutions to varous scenarios of customer requirements
- Achieve individual sales objectives by establishing busines relationship with customers
- Manage marketing channels, such as exhibitions, seminars and publications in the designated region. Plan and attend these activities
- Establish a solution partnership with customers,
- Plan frequent visits to ensure fluent customer communication
- Observe, understand and make necessary suggestions in order to improve product line, pricing and product quality,
