QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Responsible for our client who operates in Consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will take an active role in sales activities; direct communication with clients regarding services and project scopes. Candidates should be highly qualified and passionate in written language and its grammar both in English and Turkish.

Hybrid model (2 days office / 3 days remote) and flexible working hours approach in place.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from the engineering departments of the universities such as Industry, Business or related departments,

Minimum 3 years experience in developing and coordinating HR related consultancy solutions with clients,

Strong presentation and communication skills, proven commercial and business acumen knowledge,

Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines,

Excellent MS Office skills,

Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English is a must,

No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparing offers for clients, presenting the proposal and managing the bargaining process,

Performing demo activities about HR Software solutions along with having solid understanding of the products,

Being responsible for the process of establishing and developing relations with clients,

Working in coordination with consultant teams according to the project scope,

Following up current and potential projects,

Implementing determined sales strategies,

Work closely and support the team in achieving high-quality results and services,

Act as a technical mentor and provide guidance to other team members together with strong financial reporting abilities - tech savvy!

Establishing swot analysis for the region where he/she is responsible, collecting and monitoring information related to the region from the clients and competitors, reporting to the team accordingly.
