QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor’s degree from BA, Industrial Engineering or related departments
· Min. 3-5 years of Logistics and Sales Experience,
· Fluency in English
· Detail oriented and well organized,
· High level of motivation, customer focus and a continuous improvement mentality required,
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously,
· Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required,
· Strong Microsoft and PC skills; perfect Excel knowledge, PowerPoint and relational databases. ( Tiger Enterprise knowledge is an asset )
Job Description
· Getting orders from production planning and transferring orders to the supplier,
· Support Sales actions,
· Checking order confirmations,
· Getting deliveries of orders on time,
· Inventory management for related suppliers.
· Submitting customer orders to LOGO Tiger Enterprise and EDI ( Electronic Data Inetrchange ).
· Confirming orders delivery time to customers.
· Following products delivery within confirmed deadline.
· Invoicing, custom related documentation, preparing packing lists.
· Presenting alternative plans to customer for the non-deliverable orders due to lack of capacity, etc.
· Having agreements with customer for plans and following them
· Provide after sales support to customers.
· Ensure complete customer satisfaction and customer image
