QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

We are looking for "House Relationship Manager (Sales Manager)" with the qualifications below:

  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Accepts flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted business service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage his/her time


Responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries via phone and mail, conducting House tours with potential clients, organizing and booking of rooms for planned events, selecting or creating the menu in prior consultation with the kitchen
  • Specific planning of each event in prior consultation with the client / event planners, such as the menu, mise en place, space, number of guests.
  • To be fully acquainted with all price categories and apply correct pricing to all offers.
  • To participate in necessary internal meetings to keep him/herself well informed about the activities, changes of services etc. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all departments of hotel/club and manage all communication with staff.
  • To maintain effective working relationships with guests/members and clients in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate business for the future. Identify their needs and ensure their repeat business.
  • To reply to requirements within 24 hours. Ensure that e-mails requiring a reply are answered with minimum delay, and whenever possible the same day of received.Maximise sales by delivering a pleasant and efficient answers by phone, post and e-mail, whilst meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
  • Keep a good relation with all the event organizers, wedding planners and ensure the mutual cooperation and the smoothness of the work
  • To sell most of the Hotel Outlets/Event Rooms and facilities whenever possible.
