Sales Manager
Libart designs and fabricates unique operable architectural systems for projects around the world. Main office and manufacturing are located Beylikdüzü - Istanbul. Libart systems are also manufactured in the USA, UAE and Australia, with installation in over 40 countries for over 20+ years.
Job Description:
- Manage staff and resources to increase sales through international project and dealer network
- Find, Qualify, Recruited Dealers for Libart systems around the world
- Oversee internal business operations to assure customer satisfaction (purchase to delivery).
· Experienced in project costing, preparations of proposals, negotiations to final contract.
· Operational understanding of CRM, ERP, Excel, and Power Bi will be essential
- Execute programs to meet and exceed budgets for sales and profitability are met.
- Deliver performance feedback to subordinates to improve overall performance
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, additional studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering will be an asset.
- Min 6 years sales management, preferably in the building industry or similar B2B business environment
- Leader by example, negotiation, conflict & strong problem-solving skills.
- Culturally and globally aware, team worker and ability to mentor others.
- Excellent command of English and presentation skills are a must
- Must be free to travel internationally to visit clients.
- Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü – Istanbul.
