QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities:

  • · Establishing strong relationships with customers & distributers
  • · Holding commercial negotiations with customers and creating quotations with deep understanding of clients’ needs
  • · Negotiating and managing customer contracts
  • · Developing relationship strategy and action plan with Key Account Customer
  • · Forecasting of demand for monthly production and sales plan, mid-term and long-term planning
  • · Cross-functional collaboration (HQ, logistics, legal, finance, production, supply-chain, etc.)
  • · Co-development and commercialization of new products
  • · Supply chain management and contol (product flow, planning of factory stocks and production)

What we expect from You:

  • · Technical or economical degree;
  • · Successful experience in direct sales of petrochemical products;
  • · At least 3 years of experience of managing relations with key clients in Turkey;
  • · Strong capability for customer relationship building and proven vocation to develop new markets, customers and products;
  • · Expert knowledge in pricing and logistics, key market drivers;
  • · Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • · Fluent English and Turkish – must, Russian will be an advantage.
