QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
- · Establishing strong relationships with customers & distributers
- · Holding commercial negotiations with customers and creating quotations with deep understanding of clients’ needs
- · Negotiating and managing customer contracts
- · Developing relationship strategy and action plan with Key Account Customer
- · Forecasting of demand for monthly production and sales plan, mid-term and long-term planning
- · Cross-functional collaboration (HQ, logistics, legal, finance, production, supply-chain, etc.)
- · Co-development and commercialization of new products
- · Supply chain management and contol (product flow, planning of factory stocks and production)
What we expect from You:
- · Technical or economical degree;
- · Successful experience in direct sales of petrochemical products;
- · At least 3 years of experience of managing relations with key clients in Turkey;
- · Strong capability for customer relationship building and proven vocation to develop new markets, customers and products;
- · Expert knowledge in pricing and logistics, key market drivers;
- · Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- · Fluent English and Turkish – must, Russian will be an advantage.
