QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Sales Manager (Aftermarket)” for our global and multinational company, which is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry, located in Bursa with the following qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (or similar field) or Engineering
- Solid understanding of the commercial vehicle or automotive or aftermarket/distribution business model
- 5 years of account management experience or 8 years of proven customer interface and commercial experience
- Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques as well as total cost management
- Is familiar with operating in a IATF16949 environment
- Understanding of "Product to Market" processes
- Able to demonstrate understanding of customer culture, international exposure preferred
- Fluent in local language and English. Further languages of advantage (e.g. German)
- Live/Willing to live in or close to Bursa
- Willingness to travel
