Sales MANAGER Turkey

Scope: Management of Wisium activities in Turkey

Reporting Line: General Manager Central Europe and India .

Dotted Line: None.

Location: Turkey, Contract ADM Turkey, in ADM offices ( exact location to be defined ).

Products: Mainly Wisium product portfolio. Other ADM brands &products if required

WISIUM is the ADM group’s international Premix/firm-services brand. It is based on the manufacturing of technical products ( premix, basemix, mineral feed, nutraceuticals, mineral licking buckets, feed additives, feed first age ) which are generally associated with high added value consulting services.

MISSION

As country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for realizing our growth targets in the Wisium space in the Area. To realize these targets you will define and validate with your manager, the global strategic approach for the country and you will be responsible for the overall implementation of it : Execution of the strategy (customer segment selection ), prospection, sales, service and product offering, organizing technical offer to customers, product launches, recruitments when necessary.

To draw-up a development strategy for Wisium on a country basis, in accordance with the business activity strategy: organic growth, facilitate external growth, partnership, design and adaptation of the products/services to the global and local markets, standardize practices. Potentially look for toll manufacturing of some of our formulas .

To support and manage the offer roll out and its development in concordance with global business development Wisium Strategy and the local one defined by you and validated by your manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of Wisium overall activities

• When required, Hire, organize and manage the commercial team.

• Propose a Budget, follow up the P&L on your area and ensure reaching the target.

• Propose development projects and participates to define the Where to Play and How to win.

• Collaborate with other ADM activities in the country to leverage the business development.

• Participates to the cluster Monthly Meeting as a manager of your Sub-Cluster area.

Business development, sales

• Gatekeeper for realizing the budget on Wisium product range in your area, manage sales, pricing).

• Customer regular visits: propose products and services to customers in Your sub-Cluster.

• Organize and execute active customer prospection in your area. ( feed manufacturers; Large farms; integrators; for poultry, Dairy species but also Aqua and Horses).

• Act as a member of the global Wisium team and participate in global meetings when required.

• Follow up and ensure money collection.

Product Management

• Work with Regional Team ( Italy, France ) to develop the premixes portfolio based on local market needs.

• Participates under request to the development of launch packages including communication materials, labels, registration documents…

Drawing-up a strategy to develop the offer

  • To analyze competition and regulation context linked to the offer development
  • To identify the main levers of development and propose a strategy of development, product / services and market coverage.
  • To analyze current and future client and market needs and tendencies.
  • To recommend corrective/preventive actions

Supporting and managing the offer development

• To launch new offers to the market.

• To create and maintain a partner network

• To participate to the optimization of sourcing and supplying of the product range. This includes possible local productions.

Network animation

× To collaborate with others ADM activities in your Area to leverage our reach to customers and accelerate business development.

PROFILE

With a postgraduate qualification, Agri , Agro Engineering, Veterinarian educational background or/and Commercial with strong experience in the premix and feed additive business, firm service, you have at least 10 years of experience in the industry, ideally in B2B, where you have been able to develop a business focus.
