QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Managers / Sales Account Executives
Star Agritech International, founded in 2008 is an International Company operating on a global platform. We are located on every continent with sales and marketing personnel and infrastructure with our main offices based in Turkey (Headquarters), Singapore, Indonesia, South Africa, Tunisia, Argentina, Brazil, Russia and Europe.
SAI is constantly striving towards expanding its markets and providing first-class service and expertise in the Agricultural Industry. Due to this growth we need to broaden our sales team and are seeking to hire new team members who have strong sales abilities with 2 – 3 years of experience in sales. The candidates will be responsible for the following activities:
· Developing a Customer Portfolio
· Setting Sales targets
· Achieving planned Sales goals
· Providing regular Sales management reports
· Ensure a good understanding of our product portfolio
· Prepared to travel extensively
· Experience in commodity sales is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong academic background from respective Universities.
- Advanced written and spoken English and ideally with a second language.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
- Very good communication skills, extrovert personality.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
- Advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel) applications.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- No restriction for travelling abroad.
