- Advanced analysis and reporting capabilities
- Successful in problem solving, prone to teamwork, result oriented and high communication skills
- No foreign travel restrictions

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the evaluation of customer demands and ideas, to disseminate those ideas and demands in the organization.
- Announce the changes in customer demands to the relevant personnel and units
- Have current knowledge and information about the market
- Conduct and report customer research in the potential market area
- Carry out activities related to increasing the current sales performance of the company
- Taking orders from customers and order follow-up.
- Monitor and report the collection revenue performance of customers in the field of duty
- Inform customers about order status and deadlines regularly
- Inform the other units about detected malfunctions and customer complaints
- Comply with strategies and policies related to the sales and services
- Provide cooperation by reaching determined target customer groups
- Aware of current situations in the field of sales and marketing.
- Support the execution of the targets by working in line with the department targets scaled in line with the company policies and targets
- Report and execute actions related to the risks and opportunities determined by the department
- Carry out studies and actions in order to increase work and process efficiency.
