QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for delivering local Network Real Estate targets as part of Multi Year Plan (MYP), specifically being in charge and focused on implementation of the strategy, covering, maintaining and expanding network through Contract Renewals and delivering growth through NTI/S and VA projects throughout Turkey within the Territory.

- To control CO sites to work in accordance to work with HSSE rules, and take the necessary actions to complete the deficiencies.

- Deliver growth, IP Volume , contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network & sales plans to increase network efficiency and profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory.

- To implement the customer value proposition that maximizes profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory, alignment and management of the network

- Effective management of Retailers relationships

- Implementation of key business activities ( Volume , NFR , new energies , HSSE , operations etc. )

- Implementation of sales polices, delivery of operational KPI’s

- Deliver growth, contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network & sales plans to provide top and bottom-line growth in the Territory.

- Deliver IP volume targets of the Territory by taking site-based actions in collaboration with Network, NFR and Marketing team.

- Continuously monitor market, competitors, legislations ; customer demand trends to update relevant parties and incorporate into operations.

- Ensure all sales, NFR, financial, operational and HSSE goals of the territory are delivered in Compliance with SGBP that maximizes profitability and sustainable long-term growth; in collaboration with NFR, Network, Marketing, Finance, Supply Distribution, Legal teams.

- To maximize profitability balanced with maintaining growth and meetings business and HSSE targets.

- Achieve territory sales volume, profitability and HSSE targets

- Ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized

- Ensure all retail activities in territory are customer focused

- Understand the dynamics of Company Operations & to ensure its development for Operational excellence.

- To learn the dynamics of RBA platform to implement changes in the Territory.

- To achieve full HSSE compliance in all retail activities and operations through increased awareness and HSSE culture.

- Ensure HSSE culture is established in all retail and LPG operations

- Contribute developing annual HSSE action plan and budget

- Supporting HSSE learning, awareness and implementation of company, site and contactors staff

- Gather relevant data and report HSSE performance (individuals and business)

- Monitoring relevant legislation development, updating relevant people

- Work closely with colleagues in NFR, Retail, Card and LPG

- Continuously monitor market, competitors, legislation, customer demand trends to update relevant parties and incorporate into operations.

An experienced retail / Sales Professional (at least 2 years) in the respective LoB/SF with knowledge about all interfaces within retail and with other LOB

Fluency in English, valid driving licence and Computer (MS) literacy,
