QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do
Sales Operations Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Controls Branch Manager located in İstanbul and is managing the sales and technical operations of the controls department. You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of an emergent team that is focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.

You will be responsible for entire equipment or project sales operations either direct or through distribution/partner network. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.

How you will do it
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be concentrating on order processing value chain including entire equipment sales operations either direct or through distribution/partner network.
You will participate in commercial operations with the customer and sales team, oversee the review and acceptance process for all incoming Projects and Sales Orders, establish internal procedures to ensure all sales order documentation is complete & manage the process. You will manage the order placement activities for the region & ensure compliance to company purchasing policies and procedures, delegation of authority and SCM guidelines. You will ensure correct entry & update of data to the ERP system.

You will liaise with factories, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth and timely expediting of orders, deliveries and sales support. You will manage effective communication between Sales organization, Operations, Customers and Suppliers.

You pay attention to detail without losing overall perspective of business and corporate requirements. You have good inter-personal skills and ability to be a part of a large multi-cultured team.

What we look for
Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the engineering field
  • Good knowledge of computer based systems, MS-Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse multicultural work environment
  • Excellent English skills
