Sales Operations Specialist ( Ankara ) İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Nestlé Professional Team, who will assist sales operation processes and support decision making with accurate reporting to enable sales team to achieve sales targets.

Location: Ankara

Main Responsibilities;

• Ensures full product availability at all distributors, coordinating all ordering & shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with Distributor Order Management Staff, Nestlé Customer Services, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. For limited products performs quota allocation between distributors, coordinates and follows quota usage
• Ensuring distributor adherence to monthly primary sales plan

• Collection and consolidation of requested data from the field team
• Preparation of monthly accruals (for trade spends)
• Collection of monthly TTS invoices from the distributors, forwarding those to accounting with payment orders

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• University degree
• At least of 2 years commercial experience
• Preferably experience in Sales and supply chain, particularly logistics or demand planning
