We are currently seeking a “Sales & Project Representative” to become member of our OE Sales/Engineering Team.

The Candidate

· Bachelor's Degree in engineering

· Preferably 5 - 10 years of experience in sales projects of spare parts producers and Tier1 suppliers in automotive industry, preferably with global OEMs

· Preferably knowledge of ISO TS 16949, APQP, PAPP

· Preferably product and process knowledge of rubber, plastic parts, or textile manufacturing

· ERP/MRP systems is a plus

· Advanced cost calculation models knowledge

· Dynamic and self-motivated

· Very good command of English ( French will be an asset )

· Excellent customer relationship management

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented and initiative taker

· Owner of a class B driving license,

· No travel restrictions, international and local

The Job

· Preparation of yearly sales plan, sales budget, forecasts and strategic sales plan

· Managing key accounts on a high level customer relationship basis in the European and Global OE Markets

· Building efficient and favourable relationships with existing and potential OE customers versus competitors

· Building and implementing company marketing strategies to enhance our brand value and competitiveness in the OEM market.

· Manage and implement the sales strategies developed for the OE markets ensuring that the technical and commercial interests are aligned with the Company strategy

· Carrying out all the sales activities of RfQ's and projects with Global OE (Original Equipment) customers

· P&L responsibility for the related Key Accounts
