We are looking for a “Sales Support Engineer” for our consultancy project.
Job Functions
· Help sales team on account management and pipeline development process.
· Supporting to build and execute comprehensive account and territory plan for existing and new customers.
· Generate, cultivate, and support high-value sales opportunities.
· Support to develop and leverage a high-profile presence within pre-defined targeted corporate accounts. Support handling customer projects and build strong customer relationships.
· Establish strong, long-term strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
· Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
· Produce regular reporting and forecasting. Generate local sales reports as required by Regional/Global Sales Management. Maintain sales target lists.
· Provide support on the agreements, invoicing, CRM, etc. related documentation.
· Monitor sales follow-up on Lead Listings, salesperson performance on target accounts.
· Prepare customer visits and put-up presentations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
· Excellent level of English is a must.
· Bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences,
· 2+ years proven track record of selling, sales support, account management, ideally payment systems, banking solutions,
· Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Turkish,
· Ability to communicate sales and marketing strategy globally, to articulate our message to a wide variety of audiences, and support to Organize, manage and execute a detailed Sales Territory Plan,
· Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
