QUALIFICATIONS
· Successfully completed commercial training as industrial clerk (m/f/d)
· Sales experience
· Fluent Turkish and good English or German skills
· Good SAP knowledge
· Experience with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Technical understanding
· Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, reliability, and critical faculties·

·Processing of inquiries and quotations
·Order checking, clarification, and entry in SAP
·Deadline and payment tracking
·Complaint processing
·Coordination / organization of container shipments
·Deadline tracking
·Customer contact in Turkish and English language
·Support market responsibility
