General Qualifications:
· Graduated from the relevant departments of the university
· At least 4 years’ experience in Human Resources Functions (Preferably; Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Development & Transformation etc.)
· Preferably experienced in the Automotive and Manufacturing sector
· Having the experience to create Professional Specialization trainings and programs
· Good command of education measurement and evaluation
· Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
· Strong communication skills
· Successful in time management, able to carry out more than one project at the same time
· Good team player and strong problem solving skills
· Will be able to adapt to the intense work tempo and is open to improvement
· Completed military service for male candidates
· Residing / able to reside in Düzce or Sakarya
· Able to drive actively
· Have no obstacle to travel
· Willing to work for payroll process
