QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the job:
- Being a key player in faciliating succesful business change initiatives.
- Help to bridge the gap between IT and the wider business.
- Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information
- Business process re-engineering and development
- Following/management IT developments and projects
- Management of vendors
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements?.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions?.
- Modelling business processes and Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Implementing and testing of solutions?.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Owning and developing relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the business integration.
- Analyze and report on service delivery and performance metrics in a proactive and timely manner
- Take initiative to identify trends/issues and recommend changes for improvement
- Work with system productivity leaders to create process improvement and implementation strategies for operational improvement.
- Identify gaps in requirements and following up with stakeholders to resolve gaps, communicate requirements clearly using a variety of formats.
- Become a subject matter expert in the client ecosystem and develop the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to business stakeholders.
- Support the project and program managers to ensure that the projects are delivered on budget and on time
- Validate all requirements, requirements meet acceptance criteria, has the appropriate acceptance tests and accept requirements as appropriate only if it passes all validations
- Be flexible to be utilized within projects.
- Managing unexpected daily problems of processes and applications
- Project management (planning, management, reporting, vendor management, presentation)
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree from IT specific profession
- 3+ years experiences on business analyst area
- Experience in SAP ERP projects is a must have (MM, FI, HR)
- 2+ year experience on SAP ERP projects
- 1+ year experience on project management
- Formal business language is English
- Strong hands on experience as a Business Analyst, who has worked in detailed Agile and Waterfall projects, understands complex project interdependencies, is able to prioritize & manage multiple dependencies, requests, stakeholders, and ongoing deadlines
- Experience analyzing technical & non-technical requirements, performing Root Cause Analysis, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Great problem-solving ability
- Real team player
- Ability to work in an international environment, willing to travel abroad
