JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing and developing supplier accounts in his area of responsibility given by management.Source and develop new products and vendors ensuring brief requirements are met.
Being in contact with suppliers and creating alternative suppliers/purchasing opportunities
Following the demand and orders of sales team, improving the performance of demand / supply and preparing necessary reports.
Work closely with Quallity Assurance, Supply Chain to Ensure product delivery with satisfactory quality requirements and on-time shipment.
Visiting our suppliers, controlling and following their quality production process.
Following the developments, innovative practices, market research of the sector to create new products.
Receive vendor quotations. Ensure all quote sheets and forms are accurately completed by suppliers.
Follow up product samples, quotes, artwork and packaging to ensure the requirements are met.
Form cost calculations for the relative products ,drive new projects to decrease the costs in suppliers
Negotiate effectively to ensure continuous best price reduction.
Perform spend analyses for suppliers, create and implement supplier strategies.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.
