GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
To work in our Ankara BAŞKENT OSB Factory;
· Minimum 1 year of similar work experience
· Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Have a driver's license
· No travel restrictions
· Able to work in a customer-focused manner, to finalize requests and suggestions,
· Friendly, hardworking and participatory,
· Ability to report and archive,
· To follow the domestic and international shipping processes,
· Residing in Ankara,
· Able to adapt to busy work schedule
· Able to follow and manage different subjects at the same time
· Paying attention to details, taking the principle of working meticulously, carefully and regularly
· Strong human relations and result oriented,
· Graduated from a University
· For male candidates; completed military service
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Being in constant communication with domestic and international customers
· Prepare, follow up, and finalize proposals
· Regular follow-up, revision, and reporting of costs on the basis of all products
· Forwarding orders to the factory and confirming them with the customer.
· Preparing the necessary reports for the sales manager
· Following up on customer satisfaction and preparing action plans
· Making necessary data entries to the ERP System
