QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Sales Director (İstanbul)" for our client which is leading in Automotive aftermarket.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering

• Min 10-15 years experienced in the automotive spare parts industry

• Fluent English

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

• No military obligations for male candidates

• No restriction for travelling in and out of country,

• Position will be based in İstanbul

Job Description

• Leading the aftermarket strategies and business development opportunities

• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders at different levels

• Managing relationships with the Accounts

• Managing the implementation of Company’s sales strategies

• Developing strategic Business Plans

• Negotiations with the Key Accounts for yearly and periodic contracts
