QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a female candidate ages between 25-35 that is a native English speaker or has spent a reasonable amount of time abroad that has exceptional English to assist our Chairman / CEO.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company
- Excellent command of English is the main priority
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Excellent coordination, problem solving, planning, and analytical thinking skills
- Energetic, hardworking, and with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Provide administrative / secretarial support for all departments such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, resolving and / or referring a range of administrative issues and inquiries
- Schedule and participate meetings, events, interviews, appointments and / or other similar activities
- Handle international and / or domestic travel and lodging arrangements for executives and department members
- Sort, screen, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Compose, prepare or ensure timely responses to a variety of written inquiries
- Presentable
- Canada, UK or Australian Citizen will be prefered
