QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- The Security Team Leader is responsible for the physical security and emergency management in the location.
- Managing physical security & emergencies in terms of Bosch internal directives and in accordance with relevant Turkish Law requirements in the location.
- Composing the Company Emergency and Civil Defense plans.
- Taking the coordination responsibility with entire departments in means of emergency management; Emergency Management teams, planning required trainings etc.
- Also coordination/ relationship with Governmental Agencies such as AFAD, Local Police & Fire departments
- Leading Fire Brigade in case of any emergency/crisis situation in the Plant.
Qualifications
- Finished university study or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of legal requirements relevant Security, Emergency & Fire Management
- Competent at physical security and fire prevention, fire fighting
- Structured, systematic way of working
- Good communication skills (team player, sharing know-how and results with colleagues)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Willingness and ability to take responsibility and apply own initiative to find solutions
- Result oriented, methodical and pro-active attitude
- Proficiency in English
