QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • The Security Team Leader is responsible for the physical security and emergency management in the location.
  • Managing physical security & emergencies in terms of Bosch internal directives and in accordance with relevant Turkish Law requirements in the location.
  • Composing the Company Emergency and Civil Defense plans.
  • Taking the coordination responsibility with entire departments in means of emergency management; Emergency Management teams, planning required trainings etc.
  • Also coordination/ relationship with Governmental Agencies such as AFAD, Local Police & Fire departments
  • Leading Fire Brigade in case of any emergency/crisis situation in the Plant.

Qualifications

  • Finished university study or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of legal requirements relevant Security, Emergency & Fire Management
  • Competent at physical security and fire prevention, fire fighting
  • Structured, systematic way of working
  • Good communication skills (team player, sharing know-how and results with colleagues)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Willingness and ability to take responsibility and apply own initiative to find solutions
  • Result oriented, methodical and pro-active attitude
  • Proficiency in English
