QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Senior Accountant" for the below position with the following requirements to work in our company.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- SAP proficiency, (FI-CO-MM)
- Having a command of the uniform chart of accounts
- Local GAAP knowledge
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
- Strong follow-up and timeliness
- Written and spoken English preferred
Responsibilities will be as following;
- Performing daily accounting activities according to internal procedures
- Responsible for month-end and year-end activities, Electronic Book and Invoice Recordings
- Check all expenses, Sales, and Purchasing invoices
- The offset of incoming payments in SAP
- Performing VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Provisional Corporate Tax, and Form BA, BS declarations
- Preparation VAT refund and deductible VAT list
- AP/AR reconciliations
- Checking the E-invoice, E-ledger, E-Archive, E-Waybill systems
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance
