QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an opening for a Senior Contracts Specialist in our Ankara Home Office. You will be spending major part of your time with the pre-construction work. You will review and/or negotiate partnership agreements, client contracts, NDAs, and major subcontract agreements between the Company and international parties. You will review RFP packages, assess contractual risks, bonding requirements and inform of/advise estimating and finance departments with other project requirements.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum of 10 years total professional experience (minimum of 5 years in similar position) preferably in large scale infrastructure projects,
• Good understanding of construction law and principles,
• Good understanding of construction work flow,
• Good understanding of responsibilities and liabilities of project parties and associated risk management,
