Job Requirements:

  • The desired candidate is required to have the following skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Sales ideally within the retail sector.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in development of export sales & global marketing preferably in multinational and/or reputable local companies with leading export brands.
  • Knowledge in Digital export marketing platforms and mediums (such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other social media marketing platforms).
  • University graduate from one of the reputable universities.
  • Individual Leadership and Team Performance skills in export functional team.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and creative skills with result oriented personality with high energy level.
  • Willingness to achieve strong department goals and collaborate effectivelyexport team.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English is a must whileFluent German is a plus.
  • Competency in all export marketing related office tools are essential.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally forİstanbul Head Office candidates.
  • In addition, able to live and work in Germany already for our German Offices one of which is a start-up office.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

  • The position will report to the Export Sales Supervisor, who manages the export and abroad retail sales teams. The successful candidate will fulfill the following functions:
  • To Actualize relevant and effective export sales targets and marketing programs and initiatives, and monitor their effectiveness via proper analysis and reporting.
  • Establish relevant and effective export e-commerce and digital marketing plans (Turkey and International).
  • To follow and support the export social media-based campaigns (Facebook, Linked-in, Instagram etc).
  • Participate the entire process of event attendance, along with its relevant actions ofmarket analyses, price analyses and consumer research and assists on determining theexport brand strategy
  • Assists to prepare the export marketing plan, monthly export budget control and communication/media plan follow up for export brands.
  • Tracks international consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution.
  • Follows export marketing activities & campaigns (both Above the Line and Below the Line), promotions and indoor & outdoor activities forresponsible country.
