QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Math or related fields,

· 5+ years of relevant finance experience,

· Audit experience is preferable,

· Experience with ERP systems and building reports. Comfortable developing, maintaining, and utilizing datasets

· Proficiency in Excel,

· Experience on IFRS reporting,

· Experience in Finance planning, operations, analytics and controlling positions,

· Business support & analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve at all levels of the organisation

· Fluent in English

· CMB Advanced Level (Capital Market Activities Level 3) and Corporate Governance Rating License is preferable,

· Hard working and goal oriented,

· Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills,

· Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

· Designing & implementing financial forecasting tools and processes,

· Understanding and cleraly communicating the drivers of financial results. Business partnering to better inform financial forecasting,

· Providing objective analytical support to influence and reinforce business decisions,

· Preparing periodical & ad-hoc management reports,

· Analyzing past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements,

· Providing meaningful business review and financial insight, with a focus on performance indicators and key drivers,

· Taking part of periodical closing and financial reporting & planning processes,

· Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting,

· Supporting/performing to Investor Relations functions in all processes regarding to Investor Relations Regulations. Preparation of Annual Report, Corporate Governance Compliance Report and similar reports, announcement of all shareholder related activities,

· Preparation of document sets for various instutions,

· Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
