Main Qualifications
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken

- The ability to work in detail and result-oriented under pressure
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated or eagerness to learn in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, valuation and comparable company analysis.
Job Description
- Assist Corporate Finance team for financial statement analysis, financial modeling, valuation and M&A projects.
- Conduct market / industry / company research and reporting
- Analyzing and verifying financial data and other information received from clients
- Analyze financial statements/projections, build financial models, valuation and run sensitivities
- Assume responsibility for content creation across various deliverables and making internal and extarnal presentations by working closely with the Corporate Finance Team on Information Memorandums, Financial Models, term sheets, feasibility reports
- Ability to form relationships with counterparts and interact with top management of the client/investors
