JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Financial Planning, Analytics & Insights Executive to join our Financial Planning, Analytics and Insights Department for accurate data processing, analysis, modelling and reporting. The ideal candidate has a skill for seeing solutions from data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. This role will work closely with leaders across finance, sales, technology, and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. He/she will use data analysis, predictive modelling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Data analysis, reporting, data automation systems, digital reporting journey of the company, performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Identify key insights based on reports and analysis
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
- Operational and financial KPI’s as well as ad-hoc reports
- Monthly management reports & presentations
- Annual budget & business plan process
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
- Min 7 years of experience at reporting, data analysis, financial analysis, planning and modelling
- Must have a solid knowledge and understanding of finance
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Proficient in using MS Office programs (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Using SQL and MS Power BI is an asset
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and flexible working hours
- Completed military obligation for male candidates
