GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting and Compliance Analyst for our industrial company in the energy sector that we are consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting, in a global manufacturing environment is required. Past Big4 / Audit experience is a plus
- US GAAP or IFRS knowledge as well as Local GAAP is required. Knowledge of accounting systems and SAP would be a plus.
- Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills. Multi-tasker. Eager to learn and develop. Able to work under pressure during peak periods.
Job Responsibilities
- Support month end closing; perform variance analysis, and various financial reports.
- Complete monthly and annual PLENCORE & MIS & RSD reports.
- Assist by doing Capital, Sales, Order and Headcount analyses & department budgeting, CAPEX reporting.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual Profit Plan & monthly forecast.
- Maintain the list of current Company leases and report them in Eaton lease accelerator system.
- Give support to answer ad-hoc questions from region.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and compliance to Eaton internal policies.
- Maintain relations with internal and external Compliance stakeholders including External Independent Audit Team, Internal Audit.
- Giving support on Capital Markets Board compliance via communication with the corporate legal team.
