We are looking for a "Senior Human Resources Specialist " to join our growing Human Resources Team.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation in relevant departments of the University (Industrial Engineer, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.),
- 3-5 years experience in HR Generalist role,
- Well-disciplined, organized and have the ability to meet strict deadlines,
- Knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Experience in recruiting for positions in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Taking full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment,
- Build employer brand through educating candidates about culture and the opportunity during recruitment activities,
- Attending job fairs and participating in other on-campus recruitment opportunities,
- Ensure that personnel policies and procedures are followed and provide input on policy updates in line with changing regulations or practices,
- Take an active role in strategic HR projects, process improvement and development of employee value proposition, employer branding, talent acquisition functions,
- Reporting to HR Manager.
