GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist colleague who can adapt to the corporate company structure and manage a team for our leading company.

Required Skills

  • University degree (Computer, Electrics – Electronics based or related engineering disciplines are preferred),
  • At least 5 years of experience in network topologies and network administration, server management, Domain Controllers (DC) and end user support (desktop management),
  • MacOS client managing
  • Knowledge of Vmware, backup and recovery strategies,
  • High level of service & customer orientation,
  • Solid background of managing MS Windows server systems/client operating systems (Active directory, DHCP, DNS, group policy, file servers),
  • Strong communication skills (end-users, 3rd party solution providers),
  • Analytical reporting,
  • Good command of English,
  • Technical knowledge for building integration between systems,
  • Suitable for team work, disciplined and hardworking,

Job Description

  • Managing daily IT & T needs and requests
  • Global IT reporting,
  • Managing network components such as router, switch, firewall/VPN security,
  • Maintaining and upgrading servers and services,
  • Developing policies, procedures and standards,
  • Ensuring system accessibility, functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes,
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving capacity issues on the network,
  • Providing first level support for local users regarding all software and hardware problems (notebooks/thin clients, mobile phones, operating systems),
  • Collaborating with external service providers.
  • The IT Specialist works as part of a team that provides technical support via phone and email for supported applications and IT services. The candidate must provide technical support by performing installation, repair and preventative maintenance of company related client software/hardware. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to corporate systems.
