Founded in 1994, Mameks is one of leading textile exporter based in Istanbul and London, looking for a Senior Merchandiser specialized in UK market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Establishing first contacts, managing, maintaining, and developing relations with potential customers,
· Identify potential customers to seek new business opportunities, including chain stores, international retailers, e-commerce, and independent stores,
· Pursue customer and business development opportunities and present the collections prepared by our firm to potential new customers,
· Control the communication of the production expenditure (such as price and cost) to customers by collaborating with the suppliers and the relevant factory units
· Carry out production planning for each order and provide the necessary measures to ensure that deliveries are made on time and at the desired quality,
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree, preferably in textiles
· Minimum 6 years experience in similiar role
· Strong computer knowledge
· No restriction to travel
· Well organized and strong daily follow up skills
· Good sense of fashion and follow up trends
· Proactive with very strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
· Ability to quick response and to build strong relationship with clients
· Fluency in English
